Guidelines for PPO Rose Member Mini-sites

 

Free mini websites are for Premier Rose members that have contributed $25.00 to PPO and the web designers donate their time to make the one page sites. 

Mini sites are a one page daycare resume to share with friends, family, parents and potential clients. 

 

The guidelines for a mini-site are on the Sample web site on the PPO site.  The page describes and shows samples of what you can expect from your mini web site.

 

You will receive a Rose mini-site survey to fill out completely in your own wording and that information you provide is what will be used to design your mini site, so please be as descriptive as possible and give a lot of detail so that potential parents can get to know you.

 

Your Rose Mini-site will include:

  • Your Introduction
  • Current Openings
  • Business Hours, location & phone number, if desired
  • 2 photos - of the provider and child care setting (no children in photo without filling out the parental consent form).
  • About the Provider
  • About your Daycare
  • Daily Schedule
  • Preschool Program Offered
  • Your Favorite Links
  • Graphics by Graphic Garden, using free sets at no charge to PPO Members.  Members who purchase a web design package will have the option of adding any of Helena’s graphics by paying her $10 graphic user fee.
  • A Guestbook, 1 Site Counter and 1 Email graphic button.
  • Your first website Award will be placed at the bottom of your website.
  • PPO gifts will be added to your website, if desired….such as Friendship logos, etc….with a limit of three on your page.  This includes your Rose Membership Logo & if you have your own site banner!

 

Not included in your mini-rose site:

  • Updates are not included, except for opening changes, hour changes, etc.
  • Added graphics are not included such as: Banners and Awards given by visitors unless purchasing an additional page from Lil’faces Web Design or Coppperrr’s Creations.

 

 

If you plan to have your website grow in the future, Laura will design your website.  If you plan to only have a Rose Mini-site with no additional pages, Copperrr or Laura will design your web site.  It is preferred that you decide in advance if you want to add pages in the future, so we know which designer to assign to each site.

 

Banners & Awards will not be added unless additional pages are planned at $20.00 each.  Banner pages can have up to 10 banners per page and Awards pages can have 8 to 10 per page, depending on the size of the awards.
