1. To become a Team Member or Leader you will contact Laura to and let her know which available position you are interested in signing up for. Laura will then send you a job description.
2. Team members & team leaders will participate regularly on the PPO forum. A minimum of once per week will be required...more often would be wonderful.
3. Team members and leaders will be required to post their Messenger & email addresses on the PPO site so other members can contact you if needed.
4. Team Leaders will be required to make all plans for your group, including job descriptions, requirements of the team, weekly contact with your team mates, and reporting back to Laura twice per month to update her how things are going and if you have any questions.
5. Team Members are required to have email contact with their team leaders once every two weeks...weekly is preferred if possible.
6. Monthly Chats will be scheduled by the team leaders and posted in the forum or added to the PPO site. Chats will be scheduled so that team members will have a chance to discuss any questions they may have or information they would like to share with their team mates. This will be a requirement for team leaders and team members to attend. If you can not attend for some reason, then please notify your team leader. A set schedule will be preferred.
7. Laura or Copperrr will schedule a monthly email for all team members and leaders to participate. Emailing often is an important part of keeping up to date on PPO activities.
8. Team members will report any problems directly to Laura or Copperrr and will be taken care of in a discreet & professional manner.
9. If you wish to not to participate as a team member any longer, please contact your team leader. Team Leaders please contact Laura or Copperrr directly.
10. Suggestions on how to improve PPO are always welcome from members, team members and leaders!!!! Let’s make a great place together!
11. Team members that do not participate on a regular basis or perform their duties as they signed up for will be sent a courtesy letter from PPO to remind them of their job descriptions and be asked if they would like to continue working on their team. If there is no reply within one week then PPO will graciously presume that you no longer wish to be part of the team.
12. If you step down from being a team member or leader you may sign up again at a later date if you wish.
